    Ooopps, Madrid did not educate their girls?
    Frankly, Michelle Obama could have delivered a encouraging speech about education in Harlem or every prison in the U.S that has many black residents in it. Also, she could have lobbied the prison to put school inside it so that when prisoners would be released, they don't need to collect Food Stamps.
